The Waterfront is a 328-unit apartment complex located on the north side of Clear Lake in Pasadena, Texas.  The apartments were damaged when Hurricane Ike made landfall in September 2008.  As part of the restoration process, Overland provided 3rd party Energy Code plan review and inspections.  Overland has experience with energy code plan review and inspection on numerous apartment complexes including Eden Rock, Cinnamon Ridge, Pecan Place, Oak Pointe, Harris Manor, and Discovery at Shadow Creek Apartments.
