The City of Pasadena, Texas, hired Overland Assessments to provide energy efficiency consulting services for their 2010-2011 Housing Energy Efficiency Program.  The program was targeted to help senior citizens in the community improve the energy efficiency of their homes and lower their utility bills.  Before any work was done, Overland conducted pre-retrofit assessments, providing the city with a detailed report showing recommended efficiency improvements, with the estimated cost of the improvements, projected annual savings on utility bills, and the savings-to-investment return on each measure.  After the work was done, Overland conducted post-retrofit assessments to provide the city with documentation of the energy savings.
