Overland provided construction management services as owner’s representative for the 65,000 square-foot Bayport Terminal Complex Maintenance and Repair Building.  The building was designed to house the maintenance operations for the marine container terminal, including maintenance of wharf cranes, yard cranes, trucks, chassis, forklifts and buildings and grounds. The project included site work, utilities, a 20,000 gallon fueling station, offices, and maintenance bays outfitted with overhead cranes, portable lifts and a chassis frame straightener.  The building was completed and occupied by the Port Authority in March 2011.
