Overland performed air leakage testing on the Midtown Surgical Center in Houston in an effort to identify potential energy saving measures during renovation of the building.   Overland used whole-building blower door testing to identify air leaks, and provided recommendations regarding the air balance in the building, to include positively pressured zones, outside air ventilation and exhaust air rates in accordance with the American Institute of Architects (AIA) ventilation guidelines.  Overland also provides air leakage testing and consulting on US Army Corps of Engineers air leakage test protocol.
