Environmental Site Assessments

Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessments in accordance with ASTM E1527-05 and EPA AIA standards, Overland maintains two trained professionals on staff with a combined 40 years of experience in environmental site assessments.  Overland also performs ASTM E1528 Transaction Screens and Overland's signature Mini-Transaction Screen, an abbreviated assessment similar to the "walkover screen" typically performed by lending institutions.
